How we handle your personal data

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Continuar Labs, a brand of Continuar Capital Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201735064E), a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us"). This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. What we collect

When you contact us, book a call or send an enquiry, we may collect:

  • your name, business name and job title;
  • your email address and phone or WhatsApp number;
  • what you tell us about your business and your enquiry;
  • call booking details (date, time and any notes you add);
  • records of our messages and calls with you.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it has no forms. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so when you open a page your browser sends your IP address and basic browser details to Google to fetch them. If you click a WhatsApp link, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy.

Please don't send us NRIC numbers or sensitive personal data. We don't need them to answer an enquiry.

3. Why we use it

  • to reply to your enquiry and arrange calls;
  • to prepare and send proposals, contracts and invoices if you decide to work with us;
  • to keep records of our dealings with you;
  • to send you updates about our services, but only if you have agreed to receive them;
  • to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Consent

By contacting us or submitting your details, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes above. We will ask for your consent separately before sending you marketing messages. Before any marketing call, SMS or WhatsApp message to a Singapore phone number, we check the Do Not Call Registry unless you have given us clear consent.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example email, calendar and booking, file storage and website hosting), and only as needed for the purposes above. The providers we use are: Cloudflare (website hosting through Cloudflare Pages), Purelymail (email), Google (Google Fonts, which serves the fonts on this website) and WhatsApp/Meta (WhatsApp messaging). Some of these providers may store data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps to make sure your data gets a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client or the law requires us to keep it longer. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.

7. How we protect it

We use reasonable security arrangements to protect your personal data, including access controls and accounts protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available. If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) as the PDPA requires.

8. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@continuarlabs.com. We will act on your request within a reasonable time (normally 10 business days) and tell you what withdrawing will mean for you. For example, we may no longer be able to reply to an enquiry or provide a service. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we are legally required or allowed to keep.

9. Access and correction

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, and ask us to correct any errors. Email hello@continuarlabs.com. We aim to reply within 30 days. If we need longer, we will tell you when to expect a reply. We may charge a reasonable fee for access requests and will tell you the amount first.

10. Client data we process for you

If you become a client, the customer data we handle for your business (for example enquiries your customers send) is covered by our written data-processing agreement with you, in which we act as your data intermediary. That agreement, not this policy, governs that data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
